What Is The Best Stomach Exercise: Britney’s Opinion

Britney Spears has incredible abs. She did before having her 2 children and her abs are making a comeback now, along with her career. I love Britney, I don’t care what anybody says. :o )

Here’s a video of an old appearance of Britney Spears on the Ellen show demonstrating her favorite stomach exercise and also all of the stomach exercises she uses to get her abs nice and toned. She admits to doing 500 to 1000 reps per day. That is not needed in order to achieve a nice set of well-defined abs. Some people prefer to do a lot of reps. Just do what works best for you. Definitely go for at least 3 sets of 20 reps per stomach exercise that you do.

You can bet that she also does strength training routines and eats pretty healthy when her abs are in their best shape!
