Start Losing Stomach Fat With This 10 Minute Workout
This simple 10-minute workout will get you losing stomach fat in no time!
I’ll just get right into it:
Start out with a warm up of walking for 5 minutes. It’s always important to begin with a warm up to get your blood flowing. Now, there will come a series of simple exercises that you need to do as intensely and as quickly as you can, performing each for 2 to 3 minutes. If you’re just starting out, you can try just 1 minute or 90 seconds, but don’t be afraid to push yourself a little bit.
You can perform these in any order you’d like, but try to include all of them in your workout:
- Running in place – as fast as you can
- Jumping Jacks – again, moving as quickly as possible
- High Knees – Run in place, bringing your knees up as high as you can
- Jumping rope – You could also do this in place pretending you have a jump rope. You can either do single jumps or double jumps. (Double jumps are basically when your feet do a double bounce before the rope comes around again)
- Running in place – as fast as you can
