According to the authors (Liz Vaccariello & Cynthia Sass) of the Flat Belly Diet, all that you need to get started losing belly fat are MUFA’s. If you’re like me and have no idea what the hell MUFA’s are…you will after watching the video.
Racheal Ray did a stint on her show about a lady named Mary-Anne who tried the Flat Belly Diet and has lost over 50 lbs and 8 inches off of her waist.
One thing that I disagreed with after seeing the video (which you can view below), is that one of the authors says that exercise isn’t needed for this diet to work. That may be true, but exercise is always important. Exercise is the only way you can build muscle and continue to burn fat.
The Flat Belly Diet is getting rave reviews though. Many women who have tried the diet are seeing amazing results within a matter of weeks! I’ll let you watch the video now so you can be the judge.
