Lose Belly Fat Fast With This Fat Burning Workout
It really is easy to lose belly fat fast when you try just what I’m about to tell you. It’s not hard to lose belly fat if you’re doing the right combination of moves and exercises. The following is a workout to stick to if you’re trying to lose belly fat fast.
Begin with a warmup.
Warming up is important so that you can prepare your body and your muscles for the workout that is going to follow. A 5 to 10 minute warmup helps prevent injury as well.
Combine strength training and circuit training.
Perform strength training exercises making sure to work all of your major muscle groups including chest, back, legs, abs and arms. Here’s an example of a circuit training workout: 1 set of pushups, 1 set of squats, 1 set of pulldowns, 1 set of barbell curls and 1 set of crunches. Just do each exercise one after the other to maximize fat burning all over your body. Once you have completed the entire circuit, go back and do it all over again. Try to complete the circuit at least 3 times.
High intensity interval training.
Now it’s time for cardio, but not just any cardio, high intensity interval type training. This is best performed immediately after your strength training workout to further maximize fat loss and help you lose belly fat fast. If you do this part prior to strength training, your body won’t be as strong as it needs to be to really push yourself during the strength training portion.
This type of training involves bouts of sprinting followed by a short recovery time of walking. An example workout: 20 second sprint, 40 second walk. Repeat for up to 20 minutes. Finish with a cool down of walking at a comfortable pace for 3 to 5 minutes.
If you don’t know much about training, it may be in your best interest to invest in a personal trainer to help you set up a workout regimen for you. If you don’t have the money for a trainer, you should at least educate yourself with different workouts and what you can do to help improve fat loss all over your body.
