How To Lose Abdominal Fat By Eating Fats

Did you know that you can lose abdominal fat by eating fats? You do need to be sure they are healthy fats though. Eating plenty of healthy fats can actually help you in losing belly fat. The kinds of fats you really want to limit your intake of include saturated fats, especially trans-fats. These types of fats are not good for your belly at all and really help to make your belly bigger. Can’t want that.

Since we’re looking to lose abdominal fat, here are some healthy types of fat that will help us shrink our tummies:

  • Fish oil supplements – You can find these just about anywhere for just a few bucks a bottle. Take 1 capsule daily.
  • Fish – Salmon, tuna
  • Nuts – Unsalted peanuts, walnuts, almonds
  • Seeds – Unsalted sunflower seeds
  • Avocados
  • Flaxseeds or flaxseed oil – It’s very easy to add these to different types of food without even tasting it.

Our bodies need an adequate amount of healthy fats to help burn the unhealthy fats we’re trying to get rid of. The saturated fats in most of the fast food items available today is one of the biggest culprits for fat bellies. It’s very important that you don’t try to cut all the fats out of your diet. This is not healthy.
