How To Reduce Belly Fat Without Cardio Machines
Are you lost as to how to reduce belly fat without long, steady sessions on cardio machines? You don’t have to use those things to reduce belly fat. Some people prefer them, and that’s fine. It’s important to do whatever you like because you’re more likely to stick with it then.
But, for those of you wondering how to reduce belly fat without expensive machines, try one of these activities:
- Interval training – You can do this anywhere. You simply need to perform intervals of cardio, an example might be running for 1 minute, walking 1 minute. Repeat for at least 20 minutes.
- HIIT – High intensity interval training is similar to interval training, but instead of running, you need to sprint – run as fast as you possibly can. So sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 1 minute. Repeat for at least 10 minutes.
- Mountain climbers – These can also be done anywhere. Get down on the floor in a pushup position and then you basically run in place. Try 30 second stints – resting for 1 minute in between each set. This a great exercise that will get your heart rate up and help you reduce belly fat – and fat all over your body.
- Jumping rope – This is one of my favorite activities. I normally do 100 single jumps as 1 set – I don’t do the double bounce. If you can’t do 100, just do as many as you can. Rest for 1 minute and then do some more.
