How To Lose Love Handles With A Hula Hoop

Since you’re wondering how to lose love handles, I bet you didn’t know that you can do it with a hula hoop! Or, maybe you have thought of it, but aren’t sure quite how to start. It’s really quite simple, all you need to do is obtain a hula hoop, either by buying one or borrowing one from somebody you know and start hula hooping. Hula hooping requires the use of your entire midsection, along with other muscles, but this will give your tummy a great workout and will help you lose love handles. It’s also a type of cardio activity because it elevates your heart rate, allowing you to burn fat.

Since intervals work so well for different cardio activities when it comes to burning fat and losing belly fat, lets apply them to a hula hoop workout:

  • Begin by hula hooping for 30 seconds
  • Jump rope for 30 seconds
  • Hula hoop for 60 seconds
  • Run in place for 60 seconds
  • Hula hoop for 90 seconds
  • D0 mountain climbers for 90 seconds
  • Then go back down to 60 seconds, then 30 seconds
  • Repeat for up to 30 minutes
  • Use any cardio exercises and intervals that you’d like
