Burning belly fat doesn’t require an expensive gym membership. You can easily start burning belly fat right now in your own home, your yard or even your workplace. You don’t have to run 30 miles a day either.
Here are some things you can do to start burning belly fat right this minute:
- Jog on a treadmill – If you don’t own a treadmill, it would be wise to invest in one, but is also not required. If you don’t have a treadmill, jog around your neighborhood. Try to jog for 20 to 30 minutes a day.
- Run up and down stairs – This is a great little workout that will start burning belly fat, and fat all over your body. It will also help to get the lower half of your body in excellent shape. Try doing this for 15 minutes. If you can’t jog or run the entire time, try walking, but just don’t stop for 15 minutes.

- Run in place – This can be incredibly boring, but it’s actually what I used to do until I could afford to purchase a treadmill. You can mix it up by running in place, then jogging, then doing high-knees, then back to running, etc. Again, try to keep moving for 20 minutes
